Liebe Investoren, Interessenten und Freunde,
auf den Bildern erkennt man es sehr gut: Auf der Baustelle an der Rahlstedter Straße 53 in Hamburg-Rahlstedt hat sich in den vergangenen Monaten viel getan. Die Arbeiten an den Fenstern sind abgeschlossen, das Dach bis auf die Mauerabdeckungen fertig. Der Innenputz wird ebenfalls bald erledigt sein, mit der Fassade wurde bereits begonnen.
Hier einige Impressionen:
Die Corona-Pandemie hatte bei unserem Käufer keinerlei Auswirkungen. Wie bereits berichtet, wurde das gesamte Objekt an einen renommierten Partner aus der Pharmaindustrie veräußert. Der Verkauf ist abgeschlossen, die Übergabe erfolgt nach Fertigstellung des Bauvorhabens. Allerdings wirkten sich die Corona-Beschränkungen auf den Bauablauf aus. Es werden dadurch wahrscheinlich zwei Monate Verzug entstehen. Die Übergabe des Objektes ist somit für Februar 2021 geplant.
Bis dahin läuft der Bau weiter auf Hochtouren. Zum Baufortschritt halten wir Sie selbstverständlich weiterhin auf dem Laufenden.
